After working in the cycle service and retail trade since 2000 in a variety of independent shops and since 2012 out on my own. I have come to understand that customer’s time is becoming more and more valuable and the way we shop is changing. The increased trade through the internet means that the “local friendly cycle shop” as we know it is changing and evolving.  After plenty of research, one thing that has become invaluable to the customer is a high quality, quick and personal service provided by a good local mechanic.

Taking this information, I decided  to set up a local, friendly, personal cycle service and cycle repair business tailored around you. I only passed my driving test at the age of 28 and up until that point used to commute everywhere on my bike therefore I fully understand the importance of having it working perfectly every morning.

 

- Have you always struggled with getting your bike into your local town to   a shop?

  I will collect it from your home/workplace and deliver it back when     complete when convenient to you - Early mornings, late evenings     or lunchtime collections are not a problem

 

- Always found the turn around times to be far longer than you have           expected?

  I'll always aim to get your bike back to you as quickly as possible. Let me know if you need it for a specific event and I'll try my hardest.

 

- Need your bike to commute on every day to and from work and can't

  afford to be without it for more than a day or two?

  I can come to your workplace and assess/quote the bike, wait for the parts to be delivered within a few days, collect the bike on a Friday evening and get it back to you Sunday evening ready for         your commute Monday morning

 

- Always wish pricing and communication was a lot clearer?
